Erlkonig is a 2D double-player co-op run-and-gun game that tells a weird tale about a demon king who wants to lose to the protagonist on propose so that he can avoid being disturbed by mankind by faking his own demise. In this game, one of the two players will control the protagonist and the other controls the demon king. The goal of the game is to defeat the demon king. The protagonist player can use different types of bullets to shoot and destroy the demon king, while dodging the attacks of the demon king. The demon king player can use some skills to prevent the protagonist from getting hurt. The player and the demon king needs to combine their skills in order to defeat the demon king.
